Inspiring school sessions and private one-to-one support that help young people understand, celebrate and champion neurodiversity. For schools, for families, and for young people themselves.
Why it matters
When children understand neurodiversity, schools become kinder, more inclusive places. NeuroKind brings that understanding to life.
8 in 10 autistic young people have been bullied at school. Understanding and empathy are the most powerful tools we have to change that statistic.
From stimming to sensory overload, our sessions give children real knowledge about how different brains work, in language they can relate to and remember.
Every neurodivergent child has incredible superpowers. We help all children see the strengths that come with different ways of thinking, for themselves and their peers.
Our sessions map directly onto PSHE and British Values objectives, making it easy to evidence inclusion and diversity work across your school community.
Every session is designed and delivered by an educator with over 14 years of classroom experience and a deeply personal connection to neurodiversity.
We bring everything. Materials, printed resources and activities, all designed specifically for your age group and led by us from start to finish.

"I know how hard the education system can be for anyone perceived to be different, and I wanted to use everything I know to make it better."
Founder, NeuroKindOur story
NeuroKind was founded by a mum and passionate educator, two roles that became inseparable the moment my son Zack was diagnosed as autistic at just two years old.
My journey in education began as an SEN Teaching Assistant, working closely alongside some of the most wonderfully different young minds I had ever met. That experience lit a fire in me. I went on to study Sociology and Criminology at degree level, before completing my PGDE and stepping into the classroom as an A-Level Sociology and Criminology teacher. I later moved into a Sixth Form Coordinator role, supporting students through some of the most pivotal years of their lives.
More recently, I have worked as a mentor and study skills tutor to young neurodivergent adults in higher education, helping them to navigate university life, harness their strengths and thrive in environments that are not always built with them in mind. I hold an MA in Education and a Level 3 qualification in Understanding Autism, and I bring every layer of that experience into everything NeuroKind does.
Watching Zack navigate a world not always designed for him gave me a perspective no qualification ever could. I created NeuroKind because I wanted to use my passion for teaching to make a real, lasting difference: to increase awareness of neurodiversity, deepen the understanding of others, and spread kindness. Because every young person deserves to walk into education feeling seen, safe and celebrated exactly as they are.
Every session I deliver carries Zack's story in it. And every child who leaves a little more curious, a little more empathetic and a little kinder is the reason we do this.
